Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, Meokda is not responsible for any lost or missing packages.

If your order goes missing during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using the tracking number provided.

Meokda will do its best to assist, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for items lost by third-party couriers.
Damaged Packages

Meokda ensures all orders are securely packed before shipment.

However, we are not responsible for any damage to the external packaging that occurs during transit, as this is beyond our control once the package has left our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Information
