At Meokda, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, our 7-day return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, sealed, and in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at meokdagroup@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you will have to deliver the product back to us. We will send you the details.
Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
For a faster resolution, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for your desired product once your return is accepted. Store credit can also be applied for future purchases.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days to your original payment method. Please note, additional time may be required by your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
